Our regular cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, making the bed(s), cleaning the bathroom(s), and the kitchen. We can also customize the service to fit your specific needs.

Yes, Alpha Cleaning & Creative Services equips every employee and or team with the proper cleaning products and equipment needed for your service. However, if you have any special requests, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

Creative services are things outside the usual scope of a cleaner's job duties. Basically, another way of saying concierge services. These tasks include, but are not limited to: Errands, nesting aid, handyman work, replenishments for residential hosts or renters, etc.

Make your home accessible. Have your home picked up and ready to be cleaned to avoid additional charges. Have your valuables put away to avoid damage or accidents. Provide feedback via social media, Google, Facebook Pages, and or email.

We accept debit/credit cards, cash, PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, and Bitcoin in exchange for our professional cleaning services, concierge services, and organizing services.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
