Alpha Cleaning & Creative Services LLC was founded in December 2018 by Grecia Lopez, affectionately known as La Corner Cleaner. With a lifelong passion for order and detail, Grecia recognized an opportunity to monetize her OCD while creating a business that blended practicality with luxury.
From the very beginning, we believed that luxury should be accessible to everyone—whether you live in a modest apartment, low-income housing, or an immaculate co-op. To us, it isn’t about the size of the space or the price tag—it’s about the feeling. Behind Alpha Cleaning & Creative Services is Grecia, better known as La Corner Cleaner—a proud boy mom, Bronx native, and passionate entrepreneur of Dominican descent.
Born and raised in the vibrant streets of The Bronx, NY, Grecia brings her culture, resilience, and work ethic into everything she does. With over 10 years in the hospitality industry, she has mastered the art of creating elevated experiences that blend detail, warmth, and professionalism.
Her journey is also shaped by her OCD, which she transformed from a personal challenge into her greatest strength. Instead of viewing it as a limitation, she embraced it as her superpower—fueling her eye for detail, order, and perfection. That same mindset became the foundation for her brand and the reason why every service delivered by Alpha Cleaning & Creative Services carries a luxurious, meticulous, and heart-centered touch.
